Guiding Questions
- How intentional is our organization in helping youth to ‘level-up’ within our programs?
- Are there certain kinds of youth that rarely get these opportunities? How can we make them accessible to all?
- How can we have conversations with instructors about how they can be more intentional about mentorship and opening opportunities for our youth?
- How do we define what it means to be a ‘good mentor’?
- What’s the first step we could take to build a culture of mentorship?
